Returns
We want you to love your stuff! So we’re happy to accommodate your needs. All items are handmade, hand labeled, and shipped to order. So returns are only accepted if the product is still sealed. If you would like to make a return, please email me at arica@beachrinse.com.

Wholesale (full markdown) and custom orders unfortunately cannot be returned or changed. They are made to order! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Exchanges
If you don’t love it, we can exchange it until you do. If you need to make an exchange, send an email to aloha@beachrinse.com and send your item to: 998 Stonehedge Rd, Alpine UT 84004, United States.

Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 998 Stonehedge Rd, Alpine UT 84004, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
